Ireland’s Only Gin School: Experience it for yourself or Give an amazing experience
Does a Master Distiller of Gin sound like the perfect way to spend your days? Here’s your opportunity to try it out! On arrival to Listoke Gin School guests are treated to a Listoke Gin & Tonic and a selection of local Boyne Valley foods, such as meats and cheeses, with breads and dips. They are then guided into the distillery to see where all the magic happens! Here the expert distillers at Listoke offer a tour of the working distillery and explain the botanicals, production and bottling process. Now it’s time to create your very own gin.
Everyone has the opportunity to choose their own blend of botanicals such as citrus, floral and spices to create their very own uniquely flavoured bottle of gin. As the pot stills are fired up, it’s time for some more G&Ts while guests wait for their gin to start distilling. Once the gin has been collected in glass beakers, guests blend it down to the preferred alcohol percentage. It is then bottled, sealed and labelled, ready to take home.
The Listoke Gin School runs for 3 hours. Individuals and small groups can book Fridays from 6-9pm and Saturdays 1-4pm or 5-8pm. There is also an opportunity to book a private session for groups of up to 18 people. All current Covid-19 requirements are adhered to provide a fun and safe environment. Listoke Gin School is situated in the beautiful Boyne Valley, just 30 mins from Dublin Airport and costs €95 per person including a bottle of your unique blend gin to take home.
